Houston-based YouTuber Corey Pritchett Jr., 25, known for his channel “CoreySSG” with nearly 4 million subscribers, was arrested on January 16, 2025, on two counts of aggravated kidnapping. The charges stem from an incident on November 24, 2024, where Pritchett allegedly abducted two women at gunpoint.
Details of the Incident
According to court documents, Pritchett met the two women, aged 19 and 20, at All-En Sports Performance Gym in southwest Houston. The group engaged in various activities, including a workout session, an ATV outing, and bowling near Memorial City Mall. Later in the evening, Pritchett’s behavior reportedly changed dramatically. He expressed paranoia, believing someone was after him and mentioned being accused of setting a car on fire. He then allegedly forced the women into his vehicle, threatened them with a handgun, and drove toward San Antonio. During the drive, he reportedly threatened to kill them before eventually releasing them near Sealy, Texas.
