A Huntsville real estate agent who disappeared last week might have made it to Jackson, Tenn. just minutes after his car was found about 60 miles away.

A missing persons report was filed for Ronald Dumas Jr. on Tuesday, December 17, at 9:48 a.m. after he was last heard from on Sunday, Dec. 15, around 10 p.m. HPD said that, according to the report, Dumas was out with people on Sunday; however, his family and friends didn’t know who they were. On Dec. 16, the Tennessee Highway Patrol found his car on the side of Interstate 40. Tennessee Highway Patrol were dispatched to a call about an abandoned vehicle around 6:30 that morning and found the vehicle near mile marker 133 close to Camden, Tenn. about 9 minutes later.
